The gas-fired heat-conducting oil furnace is a national standard energy-saving periodic operation furnace with ultra-energy-saving structure, boasting a 65% energy-saving effect. The carriage is equipped with collision-proof sealed bricks, and the furnace door features a spring-tensioned locking mechanism, automatically sealing the carriage and the door. It comes with an integrated rail system, requiring no foundation installation; simply place it on a level ground for use. It is mainly used for heat treatment, such as quenching, annealing, and aging, of high-chromium, high-manganese steel castings, nodular cast iron, roller, steel balls, 45 steel, stainless steel, and various mechanical parts.

Structural Features

Utilizing a wet-back internal combustion three-pass structure, the boiler's top features a header pipe, effectively preventing direct flame radiation to the rear wall, increasing the radiant heating surface area, and enhancing the boiler's thermal efficiency.

2. Operating under micro-positive pressure, it effectively enhances the combustion intensity within the furnace, resulting in a smaller volume for boilers of the same capacity and an increased thermal efficiency.

3. Employing EDA technology, we meticulously calculate the furnace structure dimensions and flue gas flow rates, optimizing the heat exchange between flame and flue gas to ensure the boiler operates reliably and is adequately cooled.

4. Utilizes condensation technology to effectively lower the temperature of exhaust smoke.

5. Employed reasonable structural design and excellent fire-resistant and thermal insulation materials to significantly reduce the surface temperature of the furnace, keeping it below 50 degrees Celsius (exceeding national standards), thus minimizing heat loss.

6. Engineered with a new design, significantly reduces harmful emissions during fuel combustion, particularly nitrogen oxide emissions, in compliance with the country's low nitrogen oxide emissions standards.

7. Utilizing imported burners from multiple internationally renowned brands, suitable for various application scenarios, ensuring both quality and safety.
