1Product Introduction: Diverting Water Meters

Diverters are devices used to connect the main supply and return water pipes of heating systems. They are divided into two parts: the diverter and the collector. The diverter is a water distribution device in the system, used to connect various supply pipes. The collector is a water collection device in the system, used to connect various return pipes. The main materials are carbon steel and stainless steel.

 

2Principle of the Diverting and Distributing Valve:

Diverters function to distribute water flow to various branches, while collectors gather water flow from these branches and loops. Diverters and collectors are set up to facilitate the connection of parallel pipelines in different water loops, serving as pressure equalizers to ensure uniform distribution of flow.

 

3Product Features: Diverting Water Meters

(1)The product is meticulously designed and manufactured in strict accordance with the National Standard Atlas "Separation (Set) Valve and Steam Cylinder."

(2)Based on actual usage, the pressure gauge and thermometer interfaces have been optimized for easier installation and use, ensuring accurate temperature measurement.

(3)Based on the various flange connections, select butterfly flanges or slip-on flanges to ensure compatibility with the corresponding valves.

(4)All welding joints are ground smooth, and the pressure tests exceed national standards prior to shipment, ensuring stable operation.

(5)All products undergo hydrostatic testing before shipment to ensure no leaks during use.

(6)Customizable strainer sizes available to meet user requirements and ensure optimal performance.

 

4The installation requirements for manifold valves mainly include the following four points:

(1)When horizontal pipes enter the window well to connect with the manifold, the spacing between the horizontal pipes is the same as the spacing between the manifold's short pipe joints.

(2)When connecting the horizontal pipe to the manhole after it enters from the bottom, the horizontal pipe should be immediately introduced after the excavation of the manhole foundation pit, fixed with wooden planks, and protected with yellow sand to facilitate the subsequent construction of the manhole. When fixing with wooden planks, the spacing should be the same as that of the short pipe joints of the collector-distributor.

(3)Horizontal pipes should be left with a vertical section after entering from the bottom of the window well.1Ensure proper connection with the manifold, and the connection should be vertically upward to the manifold.

(4)When horizontal pipes enter the interior and connect to the manifold, it is generally recommended to connect the horizontal pipe to the bottom of the manifold. For bottom connections, the distance between the manifold and the side wall, as well as the distance between the manifold and the waterproof sleeve in the vertical direction, should both be greater than. If a horizontal connection method is used, ensure that the distance between the short pipe joint of the manifold and the side wall is greater than.
