Working Principle:
The Diaphragm Pressure Vessel is a storage device composed of a steel shell and a rubber diaphragm inner lining. The rubber diaphragm separates the water chamber from the gas chamber. When pressurized water from the outside is filled into the inner lining of the diaphragm pressure vessel, the air inside is compressed. According to Boyle's Law, when gas is compressed, its volume decreases and pressure increases, storing energy. The expansion of the compressed gas can push water out of the vessel through the rubber diaphragm.
Scope of Application:
Diaphragm pressure vessels are widely used in scenarios such as air conditioning circulating water pressure regulation, steam supply expansion systems, heating system circulating water topping up and pressure regulation, firewater supply topping up and pressure regulation, variable frequency water supply pressure regulation, boiler topping up, and pressure supply systems.
Equipment Features:
The internal diaphragm structure of the tank ensures that water does not come into contact with the tank wall, thereby eliminating internal rust and external condensation, significantly extending the lifespan of the tank.
The rubber diaphragm can be stretched over 200,000 times and can be used long-term after inflation.
3. Effectively mitigates pressure fluctuations in water systems, reducing the frequency of pump startups and shutdowns.
4. Diaphragms made of natural rubber can be used in drinking water systems.
Note: ① The small value in the water supply column refers to the pump starting 6 times per hour, and the large value in the water supply column refers to the pump starting 10 times per hour.
To ensure reliable water supply, the number of pump startups should ideally be below 6 times per hour.
