Vehicle Scrapping Process:
One: Vehicle Delivery.
Vehicles for scrapping, whether from individuals or entities, must be delivered to an authorized vehicle recycling company for registration and inventory verification. All vehicle parts must be complete, and a vehicle deregistration application form must be filled out.
Recipients are required to collect the settlement and retrieval certificate.
Customers or individuals receiving the vehicle should present the vehicle acceptance settlement invoice and vehicle registration certificate, and obtain the receipt proof. They must visit the company's vehicle administration office window within seven working days to settle the payment, collect the "Proof of Scrap Vehicle Recycling," and the "Vehicle Cancellation Certificate" from the vehicle administration office.
Third, the cancellation of road maintenance fees and other related charges.
The entity or individual receiving the vehicle must present the "Vehicle Scrapping Recovery Certificate" and the "Vehicle Cancellation Certificate" issued by the vehicle administration office to the city or county traffic and highway collection departments to complete the procedures for canceling road maintenance fees and other related charges.

Eligible units for updating scrap vehicles, may apply for the corresponding preferential subsidy at the local Commission of Commerce and Industry the following year, by presenting the "Scrap Vehicle Recycling Certificate," the Vehicle Management Office's cancellation certificate, and a letter of introduction from the vehicle delivery unit.
