Position the machine on a flat surface and ensure all four feet are in contact with the ground to ensure smooth operation.
Ensure proper power connection and reliable grounding of the grounding wire.
3. Engage the point to rotate the machine and check the direction: Stand at the discharge outlet and observe the auger shaft, which should rotate counterclockwise.
4. Place the sliced meat pieces into the hopper, and then start the machine.
5. After each shift, it's essential to promptly clean the surface oil stains and flush the material channel with clean water. Loosen the front clamping nut, remove the blade and blade disk, and clean them thoroughly with hot water. Reassemble them in the correct order. When installing, add a few drops of edible oil to the turning friction area for future use.
6. The machine's reducer features an oil tank for automatic lubrication. It is essential to regularly check the oil level and top up as needed, ensuring the oil surface does not fall below the centerline of the oil marker. Change the lubricating oil (40# engine oil) every six months.
7. In the event of abnormal phenomena such as excessive vibration or noise during machine operation, the machine should be immediately shut down for inspection. After the fault is eliminated, resume use. After normal operation for one year, disassemble the reducer and clean and oil the rolling bearings.
If you notice a decrease in machine power or a slipping belt issue in the auger, you should open the back cover and adjust the tension of the V-belt.
