During operation, if the conveyor belt drifts off course, the following checks should be performed to determine the issue and make adjustments. Common areas to inspect and methods of handling when the conveyor belt drifts include:

(1) Inspect the degree of misalignment between the transverse roller and the longitudinal conveyor belt. If the misalignment value exceeds 3mm, adjust it using the elongated mounting holes on both sides of the roller assembly. The specific method is to tilt the conveyor belt to one side, shifting one side of the roller assembly towards the direction of the conveyor belt's advance, or moving the other side backward.

Inspect the deviation values between the two planes of the bearing seats on the head and tail frames. If the deviation between the two planes exceeds 1mm, adjust them to be on the same plane. The adjustment method for the head drum is: if the conveyor belt deviates to the right of the drum, the bearing seat on the right side should be moved forward or the left side seat should be moved backward; if the conveyor belt deviates to the left of the drum, the bearing seat on the left side should be moved forward or the right side seat should be moved backward. The adjustment method for the tail drum is the opposite of the head drum.

(3) Inspect the material's position on the conveyor belt. If the material is not centered on the cross-section of the conveyor belt, it will cause the belt to drift off course.
