To ensure standardized construction of collision barriers, it is imperative to strictly adhere to construction techniques and quality control points at every stage of the process, from preliminary construction preparation, reinforcement fabrication and installation, formwork erection, concrete pouring, to post-concrete curing, in order to guarantee the high-quality completion of the collision barrier construction.

I. Construction Control Key Points:

1. Measurement control points are set every 5 meters to establish a foundation for elevation and line control, followed by the chiseling and cleaning of the concrete within the collision barrier area.

2. Steel reinforcement dimensions must be precise, and the positioning frame method should be used for installation. Positioning frames are made according to the location, angle, and size of the No. 2 and No. 3 steel bars as shown in the design drawings. The use of positioning frames in conjunction with control points effectively ensures the elevation and linearity of the collision barrier steel reinforcement, with a qualified rate of the steel protection layer maintained above 90%.

In the construction application of the No. 2 steel bar positioning frame for bridge anti-collision barriers, the frame is set up at the measuring control points and leveled using a level. The angle between the front horizontal bar and the vertical column is machined according to the angle shown in the design drawings, and the length of the horizontal bar is pre-set according to the dimensions in the design drawings. The No. 2 steel bar, once positioned, is securely welded to the pre-buried No. 4 steel bar in the wing plate.

Section 3: Application of the No. 3 steel bar positioning frame in bridge collision barrier construction. Once the position is adjusted, the No. 3 steel bar is immediately welded securely to the No. 4 steel bar pre-buried in the flange of the beam and the previously installed No. 2 steel bar using arc welding. Proceeding in this manner, a standard cross-section is formed every 5 meters, followed by the installation of the middle section steel bars using string lines.

Four: The installation, reinforcement, and dismantling of the formwork templates utilize collision-bar equipped trolleys.

The bridge collision barrier templates are made of prefabricated steel molds, with each piece measuring 1.5 meters in length. Reinforcement is achieved through an inner tie rod combined with an outer support. The end templates are also made of prefabricated steel plates, secured with high-strength bolts. Additionally, the collision barrier's break joints are also made of prefabricated steel plates, resulting in a true joint width of 62.5px after demolding, ensuring that the concrete of the collision barrier remains crack-free and maintains good appearance quality.

Six, Cautionary Notes

1. Template removal should follow the sequence of first supporting then dismantling, and last supporting first dismantling. It is strictly prohibited to throw away templates during dismantling. The time for template removal should not be too early; it should only be done when the concrete strength can ensure that its surface and edges will not be damaged due to removal, generally when the concrete strength reaches 75% of the design strength. When removing templates, it is not allowed to use methods such as violent敲ing or forceful twisting. After template removal, they should be repaired, organized, and properly categorized for storage. To ensure stability, construction and dismantling activities should be suspended during 4th-level or higher strong winds, heavy rain, heavy fog, and heavy snow.

Workers must wear safety helmets and harnesses upon entering the construction site, keep tools and components in tool bags, work in non-slip shoes, and ensure sleeves and pants are tightly tucked in. Safety belts are mandatory for high-altitude work; enhance safety protection by setting up safety railings, safety nets, and other protective measures and signage as per regulations. When installing guardrails, securely fasten homemade ladders.

All personnel involved in high-altitude work must undergo a physical examination prior to starting their job. Individuals with medical conditions unsuitable for high-altitude work are prohibited from participating in tasks such as bridge guardrail installation.

All construction equipment and machinery are inspected, repaired, and maintained by mechanical technicians before being put into use. Various safety devices such as insurance, limit switches, brakes, and protective devices are complete and reliable, ensuring their good condition.

5. Vehicles on the bridge construction site must adhere to speed limits and are prohibited from driving under the influence or operating "heroic" vehicles. When welding is taking place on the bridge, ensure that there are no flammable or explosive materials and pedestrians below. Strictly follow relevant requirements when crossing the river or crossing over highways.

6. Nighttime construction must have adequate lighting; cover the reserved holes on the bridge surface to prevent falling debris from causing injury.

7. Be mindful of electrical safety on the bridge deck, promptly close the distribution box after use, and ensure the generator is cooled properly.

8. Always conduct a trial run before using the trolley stand to ensure proper weighting and braking. It is strictly prohibited to suspend heavy objects in the air after work hours. Be sure to turn off the power and secure the trolley with wedges before leaving. The safety钢丝 rope of the basket should be securely fastened to the front arm before use.载人 operations are forbidden without a safety rope.
