How to Choose Home Use Gypsum Powder: Plastering Gypsum: Mainly used for large-area level filling on walls, mix with water and stir evenly before use; do not mix with other materials. The ideal thickness for each coat is 0.5-1 cm (single coat thickness should not exceed 2 cm, and not be less than 0.5 cm). The product's open time (i.e., working time) is about 1 hour, and the product must be used within this time frame; do not add water to stir after initial setting. Drying time is 48 hours, and the interval between coats should be at least 24 hours. Due to the lower strength and adhesion of plastering gypsum compared to jointing gypsum and high-strength gypsum powder, it is not recommended for filling line grooves, gypsum board gaps, corners, or reinforcement dots.
