The Pit Cover Dust Suppression Mesh, made of woven dense mesh with PE fiber material, is designed using aerodynamic principles. It is processed into specific geometric shapes, opening rates, and combinations of different hole shapes according to the on-site environment, achieving a dust suppression rate of no less than 65%.
The foundation pit canopy supports are installed at the crown beam of the foundation pit, positioned 4 meters apart on both sides. The pillars are made by welding a rectangular tube of 400*200mm and a cross-sectional square tube of 120*120mm. They are anchored at the bottom with chemical anchor bolts, and a steel wire rope is laid longitudinally at the top for our customized canopy pulley drive. A PVC installation pulley and a dust-proof, dense-mesh screen are fixed every 2 meters horizontally, powered and driven by our canopy electric system.
The dust-proof canopy features a gap of approximately 10cm between each structural unit to prevent contact during opening and closing, thereby avoiding entanglement and friction. Additionally, the canopy is elevated using steel structural supports, providing ample working space for excavators. Each structural unit of the system is anchored to the foundation with wire ropes, using them as sliders. The ropes on both sides serve as fixed ropes. Through a semi-automated mechanism, the motor provides the traction force to control the rotation of the sliding wire rope. The dust-proof net is expanded using PVC pipes and connected to the wire ropes via sliding clips. Finally, the canopy's opening and closing are controlled by the motor, taking only 40 seconds for each operation.
