Single-effect concentrator

Structure:

Primarily composed of a primary heater, a primary separator, a steam-water separator, a condenser, a collection tank, vacuum and conveying pumps, an electric control cabinet, valves, and piping systems.

Working Principle:

Steam enters the shell side of the heating chamber. The liquid in the tubes heats up, causing the liquid level to rise and spray into the evaporator for vapor-liquid separation. The liquid then returns to the lower part of the heating chamber through a circulation pipe to be reheated, and is again sprayed into the evaporator, forming a cycle. When the liquid is concentrated to the required process concentration, it is sampled and confirmed as合格 before being discharged through the outlet. The secondary steam evaporated from the evaporator is passed through a defoamer to remove foam, then through a vapor-liquid separator. Part of the liquid returns to the evaporator, while the rest of the secondary steam is cooled to a liquid by a condenser and cooler before entering the collection tank. Non-condensable gases are removed by a vacuum pump.

Features:

Alcohol Recovery: High recovery capacity, utilizing vacuum concentration process. Up to 5-10 times more efficient than older similar equipment, reducing energy consumption by 30%. Features include low investment and high recovery profitability.

Concentrate Material: This equipment utilizes external heating natural circulation and vacuum negative pressure evaporation methods, offering rapid evaporation. The liquid material is concentrated without foam in a fully sealed state, making it easy to clean (simply open the top and bottom covers of the heater for cleaning). The equipment is easy to operate and has a small footprint. The heater and evaporator are made of stainless steel insulation structure, insulated with polyurethane foam, and the outer surface is treated with sandblasting for a matte finish. The concentrator meets GMP standards.
