Maintain and service
1 Daily Maintenance
Before each daily use, inspect the device's water and drainage pipes, steam pipes, and air control pipes for leaks and ensure they are maintained at normal working pressure.
(2) Operators should keep the machine surface clean. Before use, clean the door seal and the debris around the cage opening.
(3) After using the washing machine, disconnect the power and gas supply. Drain the water from the drum and open the door to prevent moisture and freezing, which can extend the life of the rubber seal.
(4) Pay attention to the door interlocking mechanism's operation daily.
2 Weekly Maintenance
(1) Check the belt's tension; if it's too loose, adjust or replace it promptly.
(2) Inspected the vibration micro-motion switch to ensure it is operating normally, and that the equipment can effectively stop when over-vibration occurs.
Monthly Maintenance
Remove the rear cover and inspect for moisture in the motor, normal temperature rise, clogs in the drainage pipes, and recheck the belt tension.
(2) Check if the liquid level control is functioning properly. Ensure the pressure hose is sealed and there are no leaks.
(3) Clean debris accumulated on the filter screen inside the additional filter installed on the pipeline.
Quarterly maintenance
Inspect electrical components within the distribution box for proper functioning and clean dust from the inverter drive plate.
(2) Inspect and clean all control components: pneumatic valves, pilot valves, pressure-reducing valves, water valves, etc., as necessary.
(3) Inspect for any looseness in the bearings, check for internal noises, and promptly conduct repairs.
(4) Inspect the buffer devices for wear, misalignment, or fractures, and adjust or replace them promptly if any issues are found. Note: Computers and inverters do not require maintenance. In case of any faults, please promptly contact our company or a professional for repair. Common Faults and Solutions Fault Phenomenon | Cause Analysis | Solution Machine won't start | Power failure | Check external devices' air switches and fuses, and repair or replace them. | Inspect for damaged or loose wires and reconnect them. | Check if the door proximity switch is functioning properly and adjust the spacing or replace it. | Check if the vibration switch is activated and reset to the appropriate stroke. | Check if all related components are functioning with output indicators; if not, notify the manufacturer. | Check if the computer has normal output (inverter output) signals. | Check the inverter driver alarm code. Machine not operating at the correct washing speed | Incorrect inverter output frequency | Motor failure | Inner drum failure | Belt wear | Check the inverter. | Check if the motor windings are burned or missing a phase. | Manually check if the inner drum can rotate and remove any foreign objects. | Check the belt tension or replace the machine. | Machine cannot be high-dewatered. | Inadequate drainage speed | Incorrect inverter frequency | Over-vibration protection | Check the drainage valve and clean the drainage pipeline. | Correct and notify the manufacturer for repair. | Re-enter water evenly and dry. | Re-adjust and secure after re-tightening. | Repair or replace door leaks. | Insufficient pressure on the door seal ring. | Aging of the door seal ring. | Door misalignment | Adjust the door gap. | Replace the seal ring. | The drum door does not stop filling with water | Failure of the liquid level controller | Fault with the water inlet valve | Check if the liquid level gas tube is leaking and seal it. | Check and clean control valves that are not filling with water. | No water or low water pressure | Filter screen clog | Fault with the water inlet valve | Low liquid level | Use after normalizing. | Clean. | Check control valves. | Check and adjust the liquid level controller for no water or water leakage. | Clogged drainage valve | Unreliable drainage valve operation | Clean. | Check if the drainage cylinder and seal are normal; replace if not. | Abnormal heating | Low steam pressure | Failure of the temperature controller | Steam valve not open | Check if the steam pressure is within the working range. | Remove the temperature sensor and check for temperature output; replace if not. | Check if the control valve is functioning properly. | No water added | Low water pressure | Programming error | Stuck solenoid valve | Resume normal operation. | Check if the programming is correct; modify the program or replace the additive cup if not. | Check and clean the sediment inside the solenoid valve.
