While washing machines make life easier for people in cleaning, how much do you know about their equipment? Below, the washing machine manufacturer provides a detailed analysis of the full manufacturing process of washing machine equipment:
1. Frame Manufacturing Process
The washing machine frame and foundation are the first step, requiring extensive cutting and welding. A considerable amount of angle iron is needed, and the quality of the welding process determines the machine's durability. As the saying goes, "A good beginning is half the battle," and the frame is indeed the first step.
2. Manufacturing and installation process of the inner tube and main shaft
The main shaft and inner drum of the washer are welded together, with the motor driving the main shaft to rotate the inner drum. During the welding process, it is crucial to frequently perform dynamic balance testing, a step that cannot be skipped. The main shaft of the washer must be made of 45 steel, soaked in high-temperature lubricant to prevent thermal expansion and contraction of the shaft in summer and winter.
Install shock absorbers, springs, motors, and other accessories.
After the water washing machine frame and inner drum are manufactured, the next step is assembly. First, install the inner drum, followed by the shock absorbers, springs, motor, and then attach the V-belt. Once these are in place, proceed to install the water inlet, drain pipe, and steam pipe.
4. Electrical cabinets, steam pipelines, and electromagnetic valve installations
After these processes are completed, it's time for the electrician to take the stage. The electrician is responsible for the manufacturing and installation of the electrical cabinet, the installation of gas pipes and solenoid valves, as well as the setup of the computer boards.
5. Water washing machine tuning
After the circuit and pipe installation is completed, the next step is to conduct the debugging. During the debugging process, the electrician needs to adjust the automatic washing program and manual program of the water wash machine, as well as debug the washing, initial drying, middle drying, and high drying procedures to ensure the stability of the equipment's operation and check for any leaks.
6. Install stainless steel panels
The debugging is complete and confirmed to be issue-free. Next, we will install stainless steel panels on all four sides (front, back, left, and right). Once installed, the entire process will be finished.
