Electrical Lime Briquette Machine

Electrocalcining five-ball press is a machine used to compact powdered materials into balls, primarily for reducing dust, controlling bulk density, recycling, and improving transportation characteristics. It is widely used in industries such as refractory materials, power plants, metallurgy, chemical industry, energy, transportation, and heating.

Working Principle
The operation principle of the electric lime five-boll mill is driven by the main motor, transmitted to the reducer through a V-belt, and then conveyed to the driving shaft via a coupling. A pair of open gears ensures the synchronous and opposite-direction operation of the two roller shafts. Material is uniformly fed into the hopper of the molding machine from the storage bin through a quantitative device, and it enters the gap between the rollers evenly via the regulating gate plate on the hopper. The roller shafts running at the same speed in opposite directions compress the material, and the unit molding pressure of the material increases from small to large. When the molding pressure reaches a higher level at the centerline of the roller shafts, the material passes through this line. The molding pressure then rapidly decreases, causing the material to enter the de-balling state and facilitating smooth de-balling.
