Special-shaped steel plate

Waterstop steel plate, also known as steel waterstop belt or waterproof steel plate, is typically made by straightening and bending coil steel strips. After the foundation is laid, waterproof steel plates or waterstop belts are required between construction joints for waterproofing. Generally, a single waterproof steel plate is 3 meters long, used at construction joints and expansion joints on the site,焊接 to the construction joints to provide waterproofing.

In the base or basement of a container or underground structure, the concrete for the floor and exterior wall panels, and the roof, is poured separately. When pouring the wall panel concrete again, a construction cold joint is formed. If this joint is below the groundwater level, leakage is likely to occur. Technical treatment of this joint is required, with various methods available, one common approach being the installation of a waterstop steel plate.
