Battery low

When the remaining battery power is approximately 30 minutes, the instrument automatically triggers an alarm. The screen blinks red light, the alarm sounds every 2 seconds, and the red LED lights up. At this time, the gas detection alarm continues to operate normally.

When approximately 3 minutes of battery life remain, the screen displays red, an ongoing sound alarm is triggered, and the red LED lights up. Approximately 3 minutes later, the instrument will automatically shut down.

2. Calibration Overdue Alert

If past the calibration date, the instrument displays a reminder every 30 seconds.

3. Calibration Failure

If the instrument is activated in a high concentration gas or if the instrument itself is unable to complete a sensor zeroing process, after the self-check program is completed, the instrument will display red, sound an alarm every 2 seconds, and the red LED will blink upon startup. The unusable sensor will flash a wrench icon next to the corresponding gas on the screen, but normal detection for the other gases can still be performed.

4. Equipment Malfunction

If a gas value is preceded by an alternating flashing wrench symbol, keep the instrument powered on for 30 minutes and then turn it off. Afterward, restart it in fresh air. If the issue persists, please return the instrument to our company for inspection.

If the wrench symbol continues to display, the sensor may need to be replaced. Please return the instrument to our company for inspection.

5. Sampling Fault Alarm (with Pump Configuration)

Red display on the screen, continuous sound alarm, and the red LED is illuminated. Check if the sampling tube/filter/probe is blocked. After clearing the blockage, press and hold the right button to restart the sampling pump.

6. Charging

Before the first use of PS200, charging must be completed for over 4 hours or until the display shows "Charging Complete."

The PS200 series utilizes rechargeable lithium-ion batteries. The instrument package includes a charging base with four different plug types to accommodate various power outlets (the HK-01 plug is for 110V AC, suitable only for low-voltage power supply areas such as Japan and South Korea). To charge, connect the charging base to the charging clip via the USB charging cable, then fully insert the charging clip into the indentation on the bottom of the instrument. The PS200 can also be charged directly through the standard USB port (voltage output under 5V). Please double-check that the power supply voltage matches the plug before plugging in!

Ensure a straight insertion/removal for the charging clip from the bottom of the device and the charging base from the plug. Avoid using excessive force or shaking the device left, right, or up and down!
