Gas equipment typically requires the collection of signals such as temperature, pressure, and gas leaks, along with alarm notifications, and control over shut-off valves, etc. Field explosion-proof control is widely adopted due to its simple installation and convenient operation and maintenance.
Industrial touchscreens, as a human-machine interface device, are widely used in the industrial control field for their powerful functions, simple and flexible operation, and stability and reliability. However, most touchscreens do not have explosion-proof capabilities and cannot be used directly in areas requiring explosion-proof standards. This necessitates the use of explosion-proof distribution boxes.
A flameproof control box with a flameproof glass door has been designed to address the issue of non-flameproof touchscreens. The touchscreen is installed within the box, which not only resolves the flameproof issue but also retains its display function.
Constructed from carbon steel, the casting steel mold forms the housing, with components housed inside. Cable entries and exits pass through explosion-proof interfaces into explosion-proof flexible conduits. Once the housing and explosion-proof glass door are closed, all components that could generate sparks, arcs, or dangerous temperatures are sealed.
Inserted into an explosion-proof housing, it meets the anti-explosion requirements. Through the explosion-proof glass door, the display content of the touch screen can be observed. Operations can be performed by turning the dials and pressing the buttons on the control box door.
