Explosion-proof positive pressure ventilation cabinets - Application Scope
● Explosion-proof positive pressure ventilation distribution cabinets are suitable for chemical industries, offshore drilling platforms, metallurgy, light industry, textiles, food, bioengineering, and environments with flammable gases or dusts. They serve as power supply for three-phase four-wire AC low-voltage electrical distribution systems (380V/220V) or for monitoring and control of components such as detection instruments, analytical instruments, **, microcomputer touch screens, and high-power variable-frequency drives.
● Suitable for hazardous areas in Zones 1 and 2.
● Suitable for Class II A, II B, II C, and temperature groups T1-T4 flammable gas environments.

Features of Explosion-proof Positive Pressure Ventilation Cabinets
This product is mainly composed of the cabinet, automatic control system, air distribution system, alarm system, and power distribution system; the cabinet consists of a positive pressure chamber and a secondary chamber, with the user's power distribution system components installed in the positive pressure chamber and the automatic control system in the secondary chamber.
●The cabinet products use GGD cabinet frames, with the main and auxiliary plates in a left-right structure. They are installed with cable trench seats, allowing for line entry at the bottom and operation through the front door, with maintenance via the rear door.
● The box-type products feature a steel plate welded structure, with the main and auxiliary plates in an up-down configuration, mounted in a hanging style, allowing for line entry from below, operation of the front door, and maintenance.
● The grand piano-style products are made by folding and welding steel plates, featuring a front and rear structure for the main and auxiliary disks. They are mounted in a pedestal style, with bottom-line entry, grand piano operation, and rear door for maintenance.
● Divided into ventilation and compensation types based on the intake method. The ventilation type provides continuous gas supply without interruption, allowing the working heat of the components in the positive pressure chamber to be carried away by the gas circuit, offering excellent heat dissipation capabilities and suitable for solving the heat dissipation issue of high-power explosion-proof variable-frequency inverters; the compensation type supplies gas intermittently, requiring the positive pressure chamber to have good sealing to ensure minimal gas consumption.
● Customers must provide a gas source, which should be clean air or nitrogen, with a pressure of 0.2~0.8Mpa; typically, the仪表风 at the customer's site is sufficient to meet the requirements.
●Steel plates are generally made of GB710-88 cold-rolled steel plates, or stainless steel material GB3280-84 can be selected according to customer requirements.
