River guardrails refer to industrial production "road guardrails," which are mainly used in residential areas, public places, and other locations for the maintenance of life safety and machinery equipment. Guardrails are ubiquitous in our daily lives, and their price per meter varies depending on the relative height of the fence.
Guardrails are made from stainless steel plates, rectangular steel, galvanized square steel, or corrugated steel plates, with fine iron wire and surface treatment or painting. In recent years, electrified aluminum alloy profiles and modular protective barriers have also gained popularity. Public works guardrail posts are fixed to the road surface and are typically installed on both sides of cargo logistics safety corridors, around production equipment, and at the corners of buildings.
Guardrails can reasonably reduce equipment damage caused by accidental collisions during the operation of loading and unloading machinery. Materials for the fence: aluminum alloy profiles, carbon steel (painted or galvanized), stainless steel plates, zincalume fencing, and other zincalume fencing. Additionally, it ensures the integrity of the freight logistics handling equipment itself.
After the guardrail formwork is installed, check the sides and the top of the wall. The sides and top should be perpendicular. The surface of the concrete fence should be honeycomb-like, with a depth less than 10mm, spanning across the same side fence. The concrete should be poured in one go. The end form should use steel formwork to ensure a symmetrical appearance at the top. There should be no gaps on the guardrail surface. Properly handle issues with joints, leveling of the ground, and quality problems with the appearance of the product. The color should be consistent.
The river embankment guardrails feature a smooth, aesthetically pleasing top, uniform height, parallel straight sections across the bridge, stable curved sections, without any curves or blind spots. The steel frame is simple, attractive, and easy to use, with an advantageous location that is not restricted by terrain. Particularly suitable for mountainous, hilly, and multi-curved areas, these guardrails offer quality at a reasonable price and are ideal for large-scale applications. The guardrails are defined as fixed wire mesh walls composed of frame wire mesh and columns (piles).
Riverbank guardrails are widely used in places such as highways, roads, railway lines, wildlife parks, sports venues, industrial parks, and agricultural and pastoral zones. Common performance parameters of the fence include stainless steel wire diameter of 3.0-6.0mm, seamless steel pipe frame of 25-60mm, upright posts of 48-2000mm, and column spacing of 1.5m-4m. The product boasts advantages such as aesthetic appeal, durability, invisibility, quick installation, wide field of vision, and excellent safety protection, making it a satisfactory wire mesh fence.
