The integrated automatic backflush water purifier has been designed with full consideration of regional differences in water quality. While selecting the dosing points reasonably, it has also added a coagulation reaction function, ensuring ample coagulation reaction time for the unit. Principle of Operation

The integrated automatic backflush water purifier is composed of two major parts: the rapid inclined tube sedimentation unit and the gravity filter. Its working principle and technical characteristics are as follows:

     1Rapid Inclined Plate settlers

      The Rapid Inclined Plate Sedimentator is an improved version of the traditional horizontal flow sedimentator. By incorporating inclined plates within the sedimentator, the sedimentation area is increased, significantly enhancing the efficiency of the inclined plate sedimentator. This results in an increased water output for sedimentators of the same area. In other words, under the condition of treating the same volume of water, the volume of the equipment (or unit) can be reduced, thereby decreasing equipment investment. Along with reducing the equipment volume through the inclined plates, the hydraulic conditions are also technically improved: when the diameter and spacing of the inclined plates are sufficiently small (usually),30mmThe water flow is in a laminar state (left to right), where particle sedimentation is not disturbed by the water flow, enhancing a coagulation reaction zone. After raw water enters, it first undergoes coagulation where suspended impurities coagulate into larger particles, and then it proceeds to the sedimentation zone to ensure effective sedimentation.    2Gravity-Assisted Automatic Reverse Osmosis Filter

      The device is designed for hydraulic automatic backflushing, with its operational principle as follows:

      The filtration process is: Clear water, after sedimentation or clarification, passes through the water distribution trough.UTubes enter the siphon riser, where water is evenly distributed over the filter media by baffles within the top cover. Water then filters downward through the media layer. The filtered water flows into the collection area through a low-resistance water distribution system, which is the storage tank. When the water level reaches the outlet pipe, the filtered water is transferred to the clear water tank.

      The filter bed was relatively clean when the pool was first put into operation. However, as the operation continued, the accumulation of solid particles and impurities in the filter bed gradually increased, causing an increase in head loss. Consequently, the water level began to rise slowly along the siphon riser pipe. Once the head loss reached a certain point, the water level in the siphon riser pipe rose to the level of the siphon auxiliary pipe, flowing down rapidly. Relying on the entrainment of air and the jet action of the water flow, as well as the continuous removal of air from the siphon pipe by the suction pipe, a vacuum was formed in the siphon pipe. As a result, a large volume of water in the siphon riser pipe flowed over the top and down the siphon down pipe, initiating the backflushing process. The water in the冲洗水箱 flowed upward through the manifold pipe, collection area, and distribution system to rinse the filter bed. The rinsing wastewater then entered the drain well via the siphon pipe. Setting up this device eliminates the traditional mechanical surge pump and eliminates the need for drawing clean water from the pool for backwashing. Since the backflushing is automated based on the degree of filtration layer clogging, it reduces human operational errors, and the entire unit can even operate without human intervention.
