Smart Greenhouse with Intelligent Control

Intelligent greenhouses span across our vast country, with varying climatic environments between regions. As such, these greenhouse interiors are equipped with a smart environmental control system connected to multiple sensors, along with a mini weather station to precisely regulate the indoor climate. The greenhouses also feature an integrated automatic irrigation system for water and fertilizer, a biological control and disease early warning system, a CO2 fertilization system, a labor management system, a roof cleaning machine, as well as sanitation and disinfection facilities, curtain systems, and insulation equipment, all to ensure the normal operation of the greenhouse.

The greenhouse features diffused glass on the roof and around the perimeter to enhance light transmission inside, while curtains are installed to provide insulation. Unlike traditional full-width pull-down curtains, the curtains here are segmented into upper, middle, and lower layers, each operable independently. During cold weather, the bottom layer is fully open, and as temperatures rise, the middle and upper layers can be opened to ensure adequate light inside the greenhouse.

In arid regions, the internal cooling system of greenhouses utilizes a top sprinkler system, which adjusts to the appropriate humidity range based on the plant growth stage. When the humidity falls below the critical level, the system automatically activates the top sprinkler equipment to maintain indoor humidity while also lowering the room temperature. In our country's facility agriculture production, wind machines and water sprinklers are commonly used in greenhouses during the summer.

A wet curtain is a multi-layered, corrosion-resistant paper material made by pressing and pasting kraft paper, featuring high water absorption and rapid dispersion. The cooling principle involves air passing through the wet curtain's water film, where unsaturated air evaporates and absorbs heat, carrying away most of the heat to achieve cooling.

Due to urbanization, the reduction in agricultural labor and rising labor costs are limiting the profitability of greenhouse production. As a result, the mechanization of greenhouse production is becoming a trend. Large-scale greenhouses require numerous modern intelligent systems and unique management systems for manual operation.
