When removing the battery, be cautious not to touch the two electrode contacts at the bottom of the battery compartment with your hands or metal objects to avoid injury. Additionally, the electric trolley battery should be placed flat, and do not invert it. When charging the battery, do not cover the charger with any items to prevent overheating and damage. During charging, the battery and charger should be placed in a safe location out of reach of children.

Please place the charger in a dry, well-ventilated environment for use. Prevent any liquids or metal particles from entering the charger during use or storage. Be cautious of drops and impacts to avoid damaging the charger. The electric trolley charger contains high-voltage circuits; consumers are advised not to disassemble it themselves.

When charging, if you detect an unusual odor or notice that the charger's housing is significantly overheated, please immediately stop charging and take it to an authorized service center for inspection. If the battery is new, we recommend that users charge it to the "Charge 1" and "Charge 2" indicators until they are constantly on, and then discharge it until the electric bike indicator shows it is out of power. After ten cycles of "full charge and full discharge," you will notice that the battery capacity has slightly increased.
