At this current stage, there are indeed some issues. Naturally, future development aims to address these current issues and better meet usage demands. Therefore, we have summarized some future development directions for the complete set of dry powder mortar equipment, hoping it will be helpful to all.
A variety of dry mortar using industrial waste and local materials as primary raw materials, such as fly ash, slag, waste stone powder, oil sludge, and bentonite, not only reduces the cost of mortar and improves its performance, but also contributes to environmental protection and resource conservation.
2. Developing New Varieties. Only by developing mortar types that meet market demands can their usage be unrestricted. The emergence of mortar and specialty mortars not only promotes the development of dry powder mortar but also creates conditions for the advancement of other industries.
3. Developing Our Own Production Technology. Currently, the production technology for dry powder mortar in China is not yet mature, with many companies importing their production lines from abroad. A single production line typically costs between 20 to 30 million RMB, making it quite expensive. Only by developing a production technology that suits our national conditions can we create conditions to promote the development of the dry powder mortar industry.
4. Harmonized with wall materials. The country has been actively promoting the use of new wall materials, hence the development of mortar that complements the main block materials currently in use.
