Operators simply place the bottle cap on the bottle mouth, and during the forward movement of the bottle, the cap is automatically tightened by three sets of cap turning wheels. It is suitable for both single-machine production and is an ideal model for continuous production lines. It can be conveniently upgraded to a fully automatic capping machine (ASP). We offer lifting, inclined plate, and oscillating cap placement systems, which can be selected according to actual needs.

 Our core shaft capping machine is suitable for bottle caps of various sizes ranging from 0mm to 120mm, overcoming the drawback of traditional capping machines that require a separate capping head for each cap size. This model features innovative design, electronic torque control, and is extremely easy to operate and adjust. Production speed can reach up to 150 bottles per minute. It is ideal for both standalone production and inline production. When using the semi-automatic JSP machine, operators simply place the cap on the bottle mouth, and as the bottle moves forward, the cap is automatically tightened by three sets of cap搓轮. You can also add a drop cap system to upgrade the JSP to a fully automatic capping machine ASP. We offer lifting, inclined plate, and oscillating drop cap systems, which can be selected according to your specific needs.
