Section 1: Basic Introduction to Soilless Pipeline Cultivation
Hydroponic管道 cultivation is a form of hydroponics, primarily utilizing pipe-based growing materials, mainly grown through hydroponic methods. From a control perspective, automation is predominantly employed for convenient daily management. Currently, most use PVC piping for hydroponic systems, which is a common material easily accessible at basic hardware and building supply stores.
II. Pipeline Cultivation Basic Theory
1. The physiology of plant cultivation in soilless systems, including water metabolism, nutrient absorption, respiration, temperature changes, carbon dioxide levels, root changes, and root oxygen metabolism.
2. The pipeline cultivation system consists of and functions through four main components: the cultivation carrier section, the system control section, the nutrient solution circulation section, and the actuation execution section.
Section 3: Recirculating Mode of Pipeline Cultivation
Common pipeline circulation methods include NFT (Non-Flowing Film) circulation, tidal circulation, and drip irrigation circulation, etc. In pipeline cultivation, the tidal circulation mode is commonly used. This system's fluid supply method mimics the tide of the sea, supplying fluid during the rising tide to immerse the plant roots in nutrient solution, and during the ebbing tide, draining the fluid to expose the system to air, allowing for maximum oxygen absorption.
