The quality of municipal hoarding largely depends on the material sheets. To differentiate between good and poor material quality, examine the cut edges, bend them by hand, and observe the degree of deformation. A normal PVC sheet thickness is generally above 0.7 to 0.8 centimeters, which is related to the proportion of raw resin powder used.
2. The hoarding construction is now complete. Check the smoothness of the joints between panels and ensure the straight lines are aligned in a single line. It is required that there be no gaps between the panels, meaning no onlooker from outside should be able to see the construction within. Red lights should be set along the hoarding for night-time warnings, or safety reflective cones should be placed at intervals.
During the installation process, check if the color of the boards is consistent. With ten boards per batch, the qualified municipal hoarding should have consistent color, brightness, and texture. If there are differences in color, it is likely that recycled materials were used.
