Structural Form:

Primarily composed of the cam rotor, shaft seal, and gearbox, a pair of synchronized driving gears rotate the cam rotor to transport the medium. The shaft seal can be designed as stuffing box seal or mechanical seal based on different operating conditions. An industrial-grade cast iron gearbox with helical gears and heavy-duty bearings ensures long service life. The main components are in a box-type assembly, allowing adjustment of the rotor clearance without removing the gearbox.

O-rings are made of silicone rubber, and polytetrafluoroethylene is used when the medium is corrosive.
