Structural Characteristics

(1) This series of products is composed of several removable components, primarily consisting of four parts: 1. The lifting mechanism; 2. The operating mechanism; 3. The control unit; 4. They offer great convenience for usage, maintenance, and inspection, as well as reduce the maintenance cycle.

(2) The motor employs the YZD series conical rotor three-phase asynchronous motor, with a protection class of IP44 and an insulation grade of H. The motor's conical brake serves as the support brake; the lifting mechanism is also equipped with an additional safety brake.

(3) The electric hoist is equipped with a high-temperature insulation protection feature, effectively preventing direct heat radiation.

(4) The steel wire rope uses a steel core wire rope, featuring high-temperature resistance properties.

(5) The lifting mechanism is equipped with an overload limiter. When the lifting capacity reaches 95% of the rated capacity, the overload limiter emits an alarm signal. When the lifting capacity reaches 105% of the rated capacity, the lifting control circuit is disconnected, the lifting contactor releases, and the motor loses power, stopping rotation.

(6) The lifting mechanism has achieved dual limit protection, with both fire cut-off limit protection and control cut-off protection.

(7) The control box electrical components use Zhejiang Taite Contactor, and the control box has an IP44 protection rating.

(8) The reducer utilizes standard module cylindrical gears for ease of maintenance.

(9) Components have high universality and strong interchangeability.
