Obstacles and floating objects should be absent within the operator's walking, line of sight, and the route of heavy loads.

b. The manual button should respond accurately and sensitively to up/down and left/right movements, with no abnormal sounds from the motor and reducer.

Brake systems should be responsive and reliable.

d. The runway of the electric hoist should be free of any foreign objects.

The upper and lower position limit switches should operate accurately and sensitively.

The hook locking nut should be securely tightened.

The hook should rotate smoothly in both horizontal and vertical directions.

The hook pulley should rotate smoothly.

The wire rope should be free of visible cracks, neatly arranged on the drum, without signs of slipping off the pulley groove, twisted knots, or overlapping, and well-lubricated.

j. No abnormal phenomena observed in the auxiliary hoisting equipment.

k. The working temperature of the electric hoist is -25 to +40℃.

1. Electric hoists are not suitable for environments with corrosive gases or relative humidity exceeding 85%, and cannot replace explosion-proof hoists. They are not recommended for lifting molten metals or toxic, flammable, and explosive materials.

(2) Electric hoists must not be used to lift heavy loads sideways, and overloading is strictly prohibited.

During operation, operators should constantly check for any issues such as tangled, knotted, slipped, or worn-out wire ropes, and address them promptly. Additionally, regular inspections of the rope guide and limit switches for safety and reliability are required.

(4) Do not artificially use limit switches to stop the lifting of heavy objects or to halt equipment operation in daily operations.

After completing work, turn off the main power switch and disconnect the main power supply.

(6) A dedicated maintenance staff should inspect the main performance and safety status of the electric hoist weekly, and promptly address any malfunctions.
