Jaw Crusher Working Principle The jaw crusher operates through a reciprocating extrusion mechanism. Its working principle is as follows: the motor drives a belt and belt pulley, which, through an eccentric shaft, causes the moving jaw to move up and down. As the moving jaw ascends, the angle between the arm and the moving jaw increases, pushing the jaw plate closer to the fixed jaw plate, thereby crushing or splitting the material to achieve the crushing goal. Simultaneously, the material is crushed or split. When the moving jaw descends, the angle between the arm and the moving jaw decreases, and under the action of the pull rod and spring, the jaw plate moves away from the fixed jaw plate. At this point, the already crushed material is discharged from the lower opening of the crushing chamber. With the continuous rotation of the motor, the moving jaw of the crusher performs periodic motion to crush and expel the material, realizing mass production.
