Please be aware during installation that one side of the box is in the direction of the air inlet, and the temperature of the exhaust gas should be controlled below 70 degrees Celsius. This is because too high a temperature can affect its purification effect and the service life of the equipment. During installation, the activated carbon photocatalytic oxygen purifier should be installed in front of the fan (see attached diagram for installation principle). The front end of the purifier should have water spray to degrade large particles in organic waste gas, which can ensure the cleanliness and service life of the purifier and extend maintenance time. It is strictly prohibited to open the front door and electrical control box of the purifier while it is powered on. Dust and water mist are not allowed to enter the equipment, which may cause overload and power outage. Regularly replace the air inlet filter plate. Regularly clean the module by washing it with water. If there are oil stains or viscous pollutants, add caustic soda to the water and wipe it clean before drying.

1. Regularly clean the dust and foreign objects inside the electrical cabinet on a daily basis.

2. Timely repair or replace electrical components that are about to be damaged.

3. Carefully organize the internal wiring to make it neat and perfect, especially in emergency repair areas where it should be restored to a regular state as much as possible.

4. Tighten the movable part of the fuse to ensure good contact.

5. Tighten the crimping screws on the wiring terminals and electrical components to ensure that all crimping wire ends are secure and reliable, in order to reduce contact resistance.

1. Users should regularly inspect and maintain the equipment;

2. Every 6 months or depending on the user's current situation, the powder (dust) should be cleaned regularly. The equipment power box should be opened to clean the dust on the surface of the high-voltage module, and then installed and restored;

3. During maintenance and upkeep, it is strictly prohibited to work with electricity on;
