What are the manufacturing process requirements for river landscape guardrails?

River landscape guardrails refer to guardrails installed on bridges. The purpose is to prevent out of control vehicles from crossing the bridge, and it has the function of preventing vehicles from breaking through, underpassing, and climbing over the bridge, as well as beautifying the bridge building. What are the precautions for the manufacturing process of river landscape guardrails?

1. Substrate casting: The casting and molding of columns, beams, railings, and column caps, with the substrate mix ratio determined by laboratory testing. Prepare the base materials for columns, beams, railings, and column caps using both coarse and fine aggregates. The substrate mixing should use a forced mixer, and the material measurement error should be executed according to the provisions of TB10210. The mixing time should comply with the specifications of the mixer used to ensure even mixing.

2. The molds for columns, upper and lower crossbeams, railings, and column caps should have sufficient strength, rigidity, and stability. The length, width, and height dimensions of the mold have a deviation of ± 2mm. Before pouring and forming, the mold should be cleaned and a layer of release agent should be applied to its inner wall.

3. Reinforcement welding and layer: The shape and size of reinforcement processing should comply with the design specifications. The surface of steel bars should be clean and undamaged, and any oil stains, paint stains, rust, etc. should be removed before use. Particles and flakes of old rust are not allowed to be used. The steel bars should be straight and free from local bending. All intersection points of steel bars in the welded skeleton must be welded. The deviation of the cutting length and spacing of steel bars should not exceed ± 5mm.
