The CKS inclined bed series double spindle double row cutter CNC lathe is a precision CNC machine tool developed by our company for efficient machining of short axis and disc parts. The series of machine tools realizes the clamping of the first spindle and the docking of the second spindle. The first spindle process and the second spindle process can work simultaneously. The loading of the first spindle does not affect the processing of the second spindle, and the unloading of the second spindle does not affect the processing of the first spindle, reducing the need for manual adjustment and secondary clamping of general parts, improving the machining accuracy of parts and reducing the collision and loss of workpiece flow. The efficiency of one machine processing is comparable to that of two ordinary CNC lathes and can effectively reduce labor costs.

The ball screw installation is a pre tensioned structure, which improves rigidity while reducing the impact of machine tool cooling and heating on workpiece machining accuracy.
5. Adopting a 70kg high-pressure chip breaking cooling system, the tool holder is strongly sprayed with water to solve the problem of machining parts that are prone to chip entanglement.
6. The two spindle channels of the machine tool work simultaneously, whether using mechanical arms for loading and unloading or manual loading and unloading, it can be loaded and unloaded without stopping or waiting. One machine is equivalent to the efficiency of two machines, reducing personnel and lowering costs.
