Industries such as chemical, metallurgical, electroplating, textile printing and dyeing, food, slaughter, and electricity require a large amount of primary energy to meet production process requirements due to their production characteristics. At the same time, a large amount of low-grade heat is also emitted into the atmosphere through cooling towers and other means during production. On the one hand, the application of primary energy causes a significant consumption of petrochemical energy, while on the other hand, the pollution of the atmosphere and environment during the consumption of petrochemical energy intensifies. In addition, a large amount of waste heat is discharged into the atmosphere through cooling towers during the production process, forming a heat island effect. At the same time, a large amount of water vapor is generated during the emission process, resulting in resource waste of water sources. In practical applications, the main research direction is how to recover the emitted heat and provide energy for front-end production. The current main application mode is simple recycling.
