1、 Introduction to Reinforced Mac Mat
Reinforced Mike pad is a composite geotechnical pad material formed by extruding three-dimensional polypropylene material onto a machine woven reinforced hexagonal twisted metal mesh surface.
1. Mike pad
This three-dimensional polypropylene material is also known as a microphone pad. A microphone pad is a three-dimensional structure made of polypropylene as raw material, extruded into single fibers, and then randomly stacked to form a certain thickness and heat bonded to each other. This material serves as a buffer against rainwater or river erosion.
2. Reinforced Gabion Mesh
This reinforced metal mesh material, also known as reinforced gabion mesh, uses special anti-corrosion treated steel wire and is mechanically woven. During the weaving process, several steel wires are added in the length direction to increase its tensile strength and have better durability.
2、 Structural characteristics of reinforced microphone pad
This geosynthetic composite material combines the erosion resistance of three-dimensional structure Macpad and the strength characteristics of Macfield steel wire mesh, making it have strong tensile strength and stronger anti erosion performance, thus better ensuring the stability of surface soil located on landslide surfaces, embankments, drainage channels, rivers, and other vulnerable to erosion damage.
