This series production line is used to convert various specifications of thin material coils into flat sheets of the required length through unwinding, leveling, and cutting.
The production line is primarily composed of material feeding trolleys, hydraulic cantilever uncoiling machines, hydraulic bucket head pressing and pulling mechanisms, initial straightening machines, precision straightening machines, shearing machines, automatic stacking racks, matching electrical controls, and hydraulic systems. It achieves high precision and high output capacity throughout the entire line.
