A flange is a disc-shaped component commonly used in pipeline engineering, usually used in pairs and with mating flanges on valves. In pipeline construction, flanges are primarily used for connecting pipes. Various flange disks are installed on the pipes to be connected; for low-pressure pipelines, threaded flanges can be used, while for pressures above 4 kg, welding flanges are required. A sealing gasket is placed between the two flange disks and then secured with bolts.
1. Connect pipeline and maintain the sealing performance of the pipeline.
2. Easy for replacement of a specific pipeline section.
3. Easy to disassemble for pipeline inspection.
4. Facilitates the closure of a specific pipeline section.
