
The housing is made of 1.2mm cold-rolled steel sheets, with the cabinet base using 2.0mm cold-rolled steel sheets. Both inner and outer surfaces are treated with acid pickling, phosphatizing, and powder coating with epoxy resin, followed by baking and curing.

The interior of the cabinet (upper, lower, left, and right lining boards) is fully made of porcelain white PP (polypropylene resin) panels; the right side of the cabinet bottom is equipped with a 304 adjustable air intake, featuring a stainless steel adjustable air valve; the lower part of the cabinet interior has a burial cavity (drainage channel) capable of holding at least 120mm thick yellow sand, used for storing flammable items such as sodium metal, yellow phosphorus (white phosphorus), etc. The baffle should be integrated with the cabinet body; the cabinet bottom is fitted with four Φ50mm mobile steel wheels for easy movement of the flammable and hazardous materials storage cabinet; facilitating the positioning of the storage cabinet.
3. The cabinet is equipped with 3 three-tiered stepped one-piece PP (polypropylene) resin adjustable shelves. The shelves are made of corrosion-resistant white PP and feature 10mm ventilation holes.
4. Fire Retardant Materials: The cabinet should be filled with ceramic fiber, a fire-retardant material that offers thermal insulation, which is lightweight, withstands high temperatures well, has good thermal stability, and is non-toxic and environmentally friendly.
5. Hinges: Seamless piano hinges ensure the door can open 180 degrees. Fireproof expansion seals should be installed between the cabinet door and the cabinet, meeting the requirements of GB 16807-2009. 8. Mechanical Locks: Magnetic locks, mechanical combination locks, and other mechanical locks installed on storage cabinets should comply with the requirements of GA/T 73.

Operating Principle
1. Fan
The fan located at the top of the cabinet draws laboratory air into the interior of the cabinet.
2. Gas Filtration
The harmful gases emitted from the reagents stored inside the cabinet are drawn into the filter module by the fan. The toxic gas molecules are intercepted and filtered by the filter, with the clean gas returned to the room.
