Screw rod lifter（SJAMachine Screw Actuator ）Characteristics:

Thrust range: 0.5-30 tons

The stroke can reach 8m, and the stability of the screw and the guiding mechanism need to be considered

30% work schedule, if the load rate is low, the work schedule can be appropriately increased

The lifting speed is less than 1500mm/min (23mm/s), and in special circumstances it can reach 46mm/s

- Efficiency less than 33%, with self-locking function, high reduction ratio L1 self-locking

- Accurate positioning, with an additional anti backlash device that can achieve an accuracy of up to 0.05mm

- Synchronization, the same motor can drive multiple spiral elevators simultaneously, mechanical synchronization

- Can be equipped with encoders, limit switches, dust covers, safety nuts, reducers, ordinary motors, servo motors, stainless steel materials, etc

- Simple operation and maintenance, low noise

The modular combination enriches the product's combination changes. The spiral elevator can be directly combined with any combination of motor/reducer motor/special function accessories, with an integrated design, providing customers with thousands of easy choices.

We can design non-standard products according to customer requirements, such as stainless steel shells and screw spiral elevators, multi head screws, low temperature resistance, high temperature resistance, etc.
