The TL type cooler is a copper tube through aluminum plate radiator, which adopts a scientific mechanical expansion tube and a curved corrugated double flanged aluminum auxiliary plate structure. Mechanical expansion of the tube ensures tight contact between the copper tube and the aluminum foil, while circular ripples promote fluid turbulence, disrupt the boundary layer, and improve heat transfer coefficient. The professional structural type, combined with the reasonable design of waterway stroke, pipe spacing, and sheet spacing, makes this radiator have the characteristics of good heat transfer performance, low air resistance, compact structure, and light weight. It can be widely used in air conditioning, cooling, dehumidification, heating and other engineering projects, and is a suitable supporting product for fresh air units and air handling units. It can also be connected to air ducts for separate use as cooling or heating.
Copper pipes are welded using low-temperature rapid brazing to ensure a pressure resistance of>1.2MPa.
This radiator has a variety of blade spacing (2.5-3.6 millimeters), and the current variety is complete to meet the needs of different working conditions and various combinations.
According to the theory of heat transfer, for water air heat exchangers with high thermal resistance on the air side, in order to increase the heat transfer coefficient, it is necessary to reduce the thermal resistance on the air side. An effective method is to use boundary layer theory to increase the turbulent state of the air, that is, to increase the heat release system on the air side. Four scientific auxiliary film shapes have been designed for this purpose:
● V-shaped assistance ● V-shaped+slit ● Sine waveform ● Sine wave+bridge
The above four types of auxiliary film shapes can meet different process requirements of different users.
