Polyurethane roller processing
Our polyurethane roller molds and polyurethane (PU) roller cores are processed in our 10000 square foot processing facility equipped with CNC and manual machining equipment.The drum and mold with a diameter of 50 inches can be processed in our advanced machining equipment.
Quality of casting polyurethane rollers
Our design team collaborates with each client to determine the load-bearing capacity of each PU roller, necessary core designs, and select the correct compound with optimal physical properties for design or application.In addition to polyurethane rollers, we also use various other materials to manufacture solid rollers, such as stainless steel, aluminum, bronze, or any other material that the project may require.If strict tolerances are prioritized, our experienced employees can maintain+/-. 0005 on all dimensions of bearing surfaces or polyurethane rollers.We can also renovate used rollers using existing cores, at a small cost of purchasing new rollers.

Wear resistance:The wear resistance of polyurethane makes it perform well when the product is exposed to environments such as erosion, impact, sliding, and shock related to wear.When our polyurethane products are exposed to these conditions, as a substitute for plastic and rubber, our customers typically see an increase in wear life of 8 to 1 or longer.

Adhesion to metals and plastics:In our manufacturing process, we carefully prepare the materials to bond with polyurethane products.In most cases, the bonding strength with metal will exceed the tear strength of polyurethane.We offer various adhesives that enable us to bond polyurethane to almost any material.
