SA-210CIt is a small-diameter carbon manganese steel tube used for boilers and superheaters, and a pearl shaped heat-resistant steel. Our country isIn 1995, it was transplanted to GB5310 and named 25MnG. Its chemical composition is simple, except for high carbon and manganese content, the rest are similar to 20G, so its yield strength is about 20% higher than 20G, while its plasticity and toughness are comparable to 20G. The production process of this steel is simple and has good cold and hot processing performance. Replacing 20G with it can reduce wall thickness, decrease material usage, and improve the heat transfer performance of the boiler. Its usage location and temperature are basically the same as 20G, mainly used for components such as water-cooled walls, economizers, and low-temperature superheaters with working temperatures below 500 ℃.
