2. High cutting temperature of stainless steel
During the cutting process, a large amount of heat is generated. Due to the poor thermal conductivity of stainless steel material, the heat is mainly concentrated in the cutting area and cutting blades, making it difficult to dissipate heat.
3. Difficulty in cutting
Stainless steel is a hard material with good plasticity and toughness. However, during machining, cutting may cause excessive tool wear due to its resistance to breakage and adhesion, resulting in compression of the stainless steel surface. As a result, the surface processing of stainless steel deteriorates.
4. Stainless steel is prone to expansion
During the cutting process, a large amount of heat is generated, causing stainless steel to expand and increasing the difficulty of cutting.
