Utilizing advanced aeration equipment—microbubble generators—to dissolve air into water instead of traditional aeration devices, and installing several groups of inclined tubes within the air flotation zone, which, along with the tank body, sludge scraper, and screw discharge machine, collectively form a complete air flotation water purification system.
In theory, the treatment effect of air flotation is not directly related to the residence time but is solely dependent on the air flotation area. If the air flotation zone's water depth H is reduced to H/10, both the air flotation distance and residence time will decrease by a factor of 10. This is known as the "Shallow Pond Theory."
