The flexible polyvinyl chloride (PVC) hose for gas drainage in coal mines is characterized by using steel wire as the skeletal layer of the hose. The inner and outer surfaces, as well as the spaces between two adjacent steel wires, are covered with soft PVC material through an extruder. The spiral steel wire, due to its high tensile strength and modulus of elasticity, significantly enhances the hose's ability to withstand internal and external pressures. This product is used as a connecting pipeline between gas drainage pipelines in coal mines, featuring high strength, light weight, good flexibility, small variable radius, and convenient connection.
