Each waterstop air bag undergoes testing at 1.5 times the rated working pressure and under the corresponding pipe diameter before delivery. To ensure the structural strength of the pipeline sealing air bags, we use a safety factor three times the rated working pressure of the pipe sealers.
Pipe plugging air bags come in specifications and models such as PVC air valve capsules, composite water-sealing blocks, air valve type water-sealing blocks, and dual-chamber inflation capsules.

Construction Method:
The water stopper principle of pipeline water stopper air bags is to utilize rubber-made pipeline sealing air bags, which expand by inflation. Once the air pressure inside the water stopper air bag reaches the specified requirements, the air bag fills the entire pipeline cross-section. The frictional force between the wall of the pipeline sealing air bag and the pipeline stops the leakage, thereby achieving the goal of no water leakage within the target pipeline section.
