Section 1. Working Principle of Bag Unpacking Machine

Lower the electric hoist and hang the bag rope of the packaging bag on the rigid bracket.

2. Operate the crane to lower and move along the guide rail to the area above the unloading zone, then lower the packaging bags to the position of the operation box.

3. The bag opening device offers two options: an artificial bag-untying glove box (recyclable for ton bags), and a rotating blade bag-cutting device (non-recyclable for ton bags). After unpacking, materials start to be discharged along the pipeline trough under gravity. Discharging is achieved using a spiral feed machine. To ensure smooth flow of materials within the packaging bags and pipelines, a bag-tapping mechanism repeatedly strikes the packaging bags to break up clumps and facilitate the materials' descent, ensuring no residue remains in the ton bags.

4. Unloading complete, hoisting mechanism raised, manually operate the electric hoist to lift, hoist out the empty bag.
