EVA Waterproof SheetThe production process utilizes a two-stage co-extrusion single-stack rod extrusion method domestically. The boards are formed by adding reinforcing agents and antioxidants to the raw resin EVA, heating it to melt and plasticize, then extruding and drawing it. These boards can also be thermally bonded with geotextile materials (signal layer) that have slings attached, creating a composite waterproofing board. Alternatively, an extrusion calendering method can be used, involving melting and plasticizing the resin in an extruder, then extruding it through a die with a narrow slit to form a melt sheet that fuses with the slings. This melt sheet is then rolled and cooled to form a glossy film, or it can be fused with geotextile materials with slings attached, rolled, and cooled to create composite waterproofing sheets.
