EVA Waterproof SheetThe production process employs a two-stage co-extrusion method using a single-layer rod extruder domestically. The boards are formed by adding reinforcing agents and antioxidants to the raw resin EVA, then heating, melting, plasticizing, extruding, and drawing. These boards can also be thermally bonded with geotextile materials (signal layer) that have slings attached, creating a composite waterproofing board. Alternatively, the extrusion calendering method can be used, involving melting and plasticizing the resin in an extruder, then extruding the molten slab through a die and fusing it with the slings, followed by roller calendering and cooling to form a glossy film, or merging with geotextile materials with slings attached, roller calendering, and cooling to produce composite waterproofing sheets.
