The square bottle side labeling machine uses self-adhesive roll labels, featuring automatic bottle separation and labeling, completing both separation and labeling in one go. Optional color coding printers can be synchronized to print the production date on the labels. This machine is equipped with Mitsubishi from Japan.PLC-controlled, synchronized tracking, the label dispensing is controlled by a stepper motor, ensuring the label dispensing speed is synchronized with the bottle rolling speed. This is a modern mechatronic product with excellent and reliable performance. The label applicator features clean and hygienic operation, no mold growth, attractive and secure labeling after application, and high production efficiency.
