Structure:
The main extruder consists of the extrusion system, transmission system, and heating/cooling system.
Extrusion System: The extrusion system consists of screws, barrels, hoppers, heads, and molds. The plastic is plasticized into a uniform melt through the extrusion system and continuously extruded through the head by the screw under the pressure established during this process.
2. Drive System: The drive system's purpose is to power the screw, providing the necessary speed for the screw during the extrusion process. It typically consists of an electric motor, a reducer, and bearings.
3. Heating and Cooling Equipment: Heating and cooling are essential conditions for the plastic extrusion process to proceed.
